Domestic (Singapore)

-Orders below $50: $8 Delivery Fee

-Purchases $50 & Above: Free Delivery

International

-International shipping fee is calculated during the checkout process. Kindly review your shipping fee after entering your address.

 

-- Return & Exchanges --

***Please note that we do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ (i.e. if you decided you did not like the purchase or if you had no use for it) or under any other circumstances where the product is not faulty or defective.

Product(s) purchased may be returned for an exchange or kept as 'store credit' if the product(s) are returned in their original and sellable condition within 7 days from the date the item(s) was received, along with a copy of the Sales Receipt.

Item(s) eligible for exchange must be in their original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are NOT eligible for exchanges.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Products that are NOT eligible for return/exchange:

- Sales/Discounted items: Sales/discounted items are NOT applicable for refunds/exchanges.

- Perishable Goods, Personal Care Items: Perishable goods include, but are not limited to: foods, drinks/liquids, beauty/personal care items, health items, & hazardous materials.

- Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Downloadable software products

- Gifts: If the item was a gift, kindly contact the sender to request a return/exchange request to: contact@colonyclothing.net

 

-- Return & Exchanges Process --

For international addresses:

-Kindly Email us your request to: contact@colonyclothing.net

-Return delivery is to be scheduled by our company, and we will liaise with you on its process through our appointed freight services. Please note that the delivery fee of return/exchanged items(s) will be deducted from the total refund amount that you will receive.

-Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify whether your refund/exchange request has been approved & to follow up on the delivery process that follows.

-- Refund Process --

Once your request has been approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. If you have yet to receive the refunded amount after 5 working days, kindly email us at: contact@colonyclothing.net
