How Colony Rewards Works

• Earn points when you shop
• Redeem your points for rewards
• Unlock higher VIP tiers based on your spending within a 12-month period starting on 1st April every year
• Enjoy increased point earning rates as you move up each tier

You can view your points balance, available rewards and VIP tier through the "Rewards" panel located at the bottom left on our website

Redeem Your Rewards

Points earned can be redeemed through the rewards panel on our website or can be redeemed when shopping at our physical stores. Log in to your account or open the rewards panel to view your points, rewards, and VIP tier.

Points in your system will have their expiry date refreshed as long as one purchase per calendar year is made.

Please Note

VIP status is determined by your spending within a 12-month period starting on 1st April every year. As your annual spend increases, your points earning rate increases accordingly.
