Local orders will take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive once they have been dispatched.
For international orders, timelines will vary depending on the location. Most parcels will arrive within two weeks.
Please note: Processing times (1-2 business days) are separate from shipping times. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, though we do our best to meet them.

For local orders, we offer free shipping for any order above SGD$50. Orders under SGD$50 will incur an SGD$8 shipping fee.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and its destination.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before receiving your email.

We can only change the shipping address if the order has not yet entered the fulfilment process. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or SMS at +65 8111 9160 or email us at contact@colonyclothing.net with your order number and the correct address.
We cannot change the address once a shipping label has been created.

Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges, as they are determined by your local customs office based on the value of the goods.

Products purchased may be returned for an exchange or 'store credit' if they are returned in their original, sellable condition within 7 days of receipt, along with a copy of the sales receipt. Please note that we do not offer refunds for a ‘change of mind’ (for example, if you decided you did not like the purchase) or under any other circumstances where the product is not faulty or defective.
Items eligible for exchange must be in their original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for exchange. We do not accept return or exchange requests for sale items.
