We allow a 14 day one time Exchange or Refund. Items may be returned or exchanged in its original packaging unworn, unwashed, and with its tags still intact. For shoes, no sign of wear is to be shown (e.g Toe box ripple etc). For exchange and refunds , it will take up to 14 days for the whole process to complete.
