Terms & Conditions

Our policy lasts 7 days after purchase or 7 days after delivery date (for international orders). If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are NOT applicable for returns/refund/exchange.

Sales/discounted items are NOT applicable for refunds/exchanges.

-Others

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as foods, drinks, flowers, books cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Return Delivery & Refund/Exchange Process

Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you:

-That we have received the items

-Whether your refund/exchange has been approved

-Follow up on the return delivery process that follows.

 

Return Delivery Terms

For international addresses:

Return delivery is to be scheduled by our company, and we will liaise with you on its process through our appointed freight services. Please note that the return delivery fee of refunded/exchanged items will be deducted from the total refund amount that you will receive.

For Singapore address:

Refund Process

Once your request has been approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.
